CLIMATEX 300 thermal insulation mortar offers an advanced and eco-friendly solution for both interior and exterior facade applications. Developed with 99% natural raw materials, including perlite and pumice aggregates combined with hydraulic binders, this high-performance plaster provides effective heat, water, sound, and fire insulation in a single application. Designed for long-term durability, CLIMATEX 300 is an A1 class fireproof and breathable material that prevents moisture formation, mold, and fungus, while also being resistant to acid rain and environmental effects. Free from carcinogenic substances, it ensures safe and sustainable construction practices. Suitable for application on concrete, brick, aerated concrete, pumice concrete, and old plaster surfaces, the product delivers excellent adhesion when applied under proper conditions and preparation.
Easy to prepare and apply, the mortar is mixed with water to achieve a homogeneous consistency and can be applied by trowel or spray. With a consumption rate of approximately 4–4.5 kg per m² for 1 cm thickness, CLIMATEX 300 provides an efficient and cost-effective insulation solution. When stored in dry conditions above +5°C, it maintains its quality for up to 12 months, making it a reliable choice for modern construction projects focused on performance, safety, and sustainability.
